Yes. Everything works fully offline — your trips and expenses are saved on your device instantly. If you sign in, your data syncs to your account automatically the next time you are online.
No. You can start right away in Guest mode with everything stored locally. Create a free account only when you want to back up your data and sync it across devices.
When you add an expense you can split it equally or with custom shares among your companions. The Split & Settle screen then shows who owes whom, lets you record full or partial payments with a method and note, and tracks the remaining balance until everyone is settled.
When you sign in, your trips, expenses, receipts and documents sync securely to your account and are available on your other devices. In Guest mode data stays only on your device, so sign in if you want a backup.
Premium unlocks advanced analytics and charts, receipt attachments, travel document storage, data export (CSV, Excel and PDF), custom exchange rates and more. You can explore the app for free and upgrade whenever you like.
No. Premium is a one-off purchase for a fixed access period, so you are never charged automatically. When the period ends you simply return to the free version until you choose to buy again.
Both. You can make a one-time purchase for a fixed period (or a lifetime purchase), or choose an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The billing type, price and renewal date are always shown before you confirm, so you are never charged automatically unless you picked a subscription.
Cancel any time — it is free and takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep Premium until then. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. If you subscribed through an app store, cancel in that store's subscription settings; deleting the app alone does not stop a store subscription.
Payments are final and we do not refund change of mind, unused time, or a renewal that was not cancelled in time — so please try the free version first. We will always correct genuine billing errors such as duplicate charges. Purchases made through an app store follow that store's own refund policy. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Yes. Log an expense in any currency and TravelGo converts it to your trip's base currency. You can also set your own custom exchange rates. Converted amounts are estimates for budgeting convenience.
Yes. You can attach receipt photos to expenses and store travel documents such as passports, visas, tickets and bookings (images or PDFs) per trip, available offline and synced to your account.
